I.General Descriptions
BKS series oil type Shunt reactor is used to compensate the capacitive charging current of the grid, limit the rise of the system power frequency voltage and the operating overvoltage , so that reducing the insulation level of the system and ensure the reliable operation of the grid.With the continuous expansion of urban scale and the transformation of urban power grid, overhead line transmission is gradually replaced by underground cable, which makes the capacitive charging current of transmission network increase sharply. In order to reduce the rise of power frequency voltage and insulation level of the system, ensure the safe and reliable operation of the system and the power supply quality of the city's power grid,the Shunt Reactor is widely used in urban distribution network.
II.Structural features
1.The iron core is made of high-quality silicon steel sheet, wrapped with high-strength glass ribbon, thermally fixed, and fixed with special iron core curing paint, which can effectively reduce the vibration between iron core cakes and reduce the noise.
2.The coil is made of high quality paper wrapped copper wire. In order to ensure the safety and reliability of insulation structure, dot adhesive paper is used to prevent coil winding displacement.
3.The reactor adopts ripple oil tank with fully sealed structure. The thermal expansion and cold contraction of transformer oil are adjusted by the elasticity of ripple plate to ensure internal isolation from air, prolong service life and reduce maintenance.
